Call Center Agents

Connex International is looking to hire part-time Call Center Agents in our Lawrence, KS office. We are an established conferencing provider that is constantly developing innovative solutions with growth opportunities. Starting pay: $15.50 per hour and up.

Hours: Approximately 20-30 hours per week

Shifts needed ranging from: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 7:45am - 5:45pm CT

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CONFERENCE COORDINATOR 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service experience or equivalent
• Excellent data entry skills
• Strong typing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and other web applications
• Professional and friendly phone manner
• Clear speaking voice
• Strong communication skills
